The sun hurried eastward as I strolled idly along the dusty road of Norway street, refusing to deny myself of the evening’s cool atmosphere.
Passing by a workshop, a magnificent beauty stole my attention and my eyes unavoidably glued to it.
It was graciously festooned with gold plates and silver linings. Beautifully and skillfully crafted by, I believe, one of the most dexterous fingers around.
As I drew closer to it in bid to feed my curiosity, I marvelled at the cunningness of it’s maker. He didn’t spare the gold neither withhold the silver linings. The white painted box reflected the colourful evening sunlight and threw aback shadows that threatened it.
But I felt a nudge In my stomach when I realised it was just a COFFIN.
Beautiful outside but inside of it are filthy, rotten and stinky carcasses. It’s beauty does not make it less a coffin.
As much as I was attracted it, I quickly tiptoed in reverse as soon as the new light of revelation dawned on me.
I turned back home, trying to imagine the filth that that beautiful coffin contains or will contain.
So is a life without CHRIST. He is just a walking dead.
No amount of make up, beauty enhancement formula can neutralize the filthiness of his or her being.
Money, luxuries, and all goodies of life are nothing but useless man made alternatives that can’t blot out his flaws neither purify his stinking soul and sinful nature
SIN is the ONLY PROBLEM,
CHRIST is the ONLY SOLUTION
